The center’s machining turning capacity up to 42 inches in diameter, Bullard, Lion lathe, engine lathes, Bridgeport mills, and 4-inch spindle horizontal boring mill with DRO rotary table and tailstock, among other equipment, allow us to tackle complex and challenging repair jobs with ease.

Our Repair Process

  • DISSASEMBLY

    The pump is disassembled, documenting all findings. Photos are taken at each step in the disassembly process.

  • CLEANING

    Disassembled parts are then cleaned, and sand blasted to prepare for a detailed incoming inspection.

  • INSPECTION & QUOTE

    A full dimensional inspection is performed on all critical machined fits. All findings are documented along with supporting photos in a final repair report to be supplied to you along with a formal quotation for the repair.

  • SCOPE OF REPAIR

    Once the final scope of work is agreed upon through discussion and evaluation of the as found inspection with you the customer, and approval to proceed is received, the final scope of work will be written documenting any special instructions by our Repair Engineers and released too to shop.

    Once all repairs to components are completed and quality checked, final assembly is begun by our skilled repair technicians. Assembly is documented throughout each phase of assembly. Final as built reports are provided upon completion.

  • SHIPMENT

    Completed project will be prepped for shipment to assure safe arrival at your site. We regularly work with multiple shipping sources from standard LTL to Hot Shot service depending on your needs and requirements. We will track all shipments along the way and quickly communicate any changes that may occur.
